Free GUIDE: 3 Simple Tools to Feel Great!

Love and Healing Meditation

In times of uncertainty, I find it helpful to come back to the things I know for sure.

What do I know to be true?

I know my body’s ability to heal is true.

I know my heart is true.

I know the connection between others is true.

Why did I make this meditation?

A long-time patient just came in to pick up a tincture refill. After we raised our elbows from across the room she said, “I think the most important thing we need to be doing is sitting in nature, meditating and sending love and healing to the planet.” And while that may seem hokey, there is merit to it.

Studies show group consciousness has the power to change outcomes. This is called the Maharishi Effect.

The minimum number of people required to ‘jump-start’ a change in consciousness is the square root of 1% of a population. I live on an island with a population of about 870,000. This means that only 93 people are needed to be focusing their intentions on love and healing. Let’s make it an easy 100 for a little buffer. Maybe you and I can be part of those 100?

This is a pivotal time in human history.

It’s an opportunity to come back home (both literally, and to yourself) and re-prioritize what’s important to you, your family, our community, and the world at large.

It’s time to come back to your heart.

Enjoy this meditation to calm your own body and sending healing love to your sisters and brothers all over the world.

You can see the original video on Facebook here.

I loved how people responded to the meditation.

They said things like:

  • “Calm and Relaxed.”
  • “Fabulous.”
  • “Great.”
  • “Peaceful. Connected.”
  • “Lovely, thank you.”
  • “My heart rate is full.”
  • “Thank you for doing that. Connection is what we need right now.”
  • “That was awesome… I played the heartbeat on my drum through the whole thing.”
  • “Thank you so much! Relaxed. Positive. Love.”

And then!

Inspired by the experience, my sister painted this beautiful golden heart. Feel free to keep this image in your mind’s eye as you’re doing this meditation.

Isn’t that lovely?

Thank you so much for being here and participating.

Much love to you and yours,
